Lake Street Project

Originally an old lake bed in the beginning years of Shreveport, Lake Street buildings date back to the turn of the last century. The 400 block of Lake Street had seen continued decline over the past 50 years until its 2014 restoration by Vintage Design Group and I iArchitecture. The newly developed block contains office space, commercial kitchen for manufacturing and retail. The historic brick with original painted signs blends into the industrial contemporary architecture of this new 4,600 square foot office space.
