Originally constructed in 1925 on the site of a modified horse stable, Coopers Corner has served as a grocery store, department store, and military offices throughout its history. After two decades of decline, the 18,056-square-foot building underwent a $3 million renovation to restore and revitalize the historic property. The redevelopment introduces six commercial lease spaces and two 4,500-square-foot penthouse suites, blending the building’s historic character with updated, functional spaces for modern commercial use.
